Who we are

Latent Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, runs runlatent.ai and makes the Latent software. In this notice, “Latent”, “we” and “us” mean Latent Systems, Inc.

The website

runlatent.ai sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. Netlify hosts it and keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address and page of each request. We use them to run and secure the site.

Calls and email

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which passes us the name and email you enter so we can hold the call. When you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply.

The product

Latent runs in your environment and sends us no prompts, answers, activations, weights or telemetry. We receive only what you choose to send, such as a pilot report, or activation statistics for a calibration you ask us to run. Optional features that call another provider run with your key under your own account, and each is listed on the subprocessors page.
